We can help you understand your current level of fitness and guide you on how you are going to achieve your goals and get the results that you want.

Health and Fitness

Suitable for all those who are looking to improve their level of fitness. Clients with varying levels of fitness can be accommodated on the same walk by varying technique and adding strengthening exercises for those looking for a more demanding workout. (Not compulsory for all !)

Wellness Walks

Ideal for those who want to improve their fitness levels, but want a gentle introduction into exercise, or who are perhaps recovering from an injury.
